A Milton man was arrested last week, charged with sexually abusing a child.
Randall Scott Kelley, 30, of Greenbriar Road, was arrested Nov. 20 and charged with first-degree sodomy following an investigation into complaints he abused a young child at his home. The crime is said to have occurred earlier this month.
The victim, according to Kentucky State Police Detective Todd Harwood, is under the age of five years.
Harwood declined to release details of the investigation, however did say Kelley confessed to the crime.
Kelley was lodged in the Carroll County Regional Detention Center at the time of his arrest, with no bond set.
Kelley was arraigned yesterday in Trimble County District Court, where he pled not guilty.
