Monk and Marsh EIP application moves on

Design and Review Board voted 4-0 to recommend Monk and Marsh’s Enterprise Incentive Program application to Carrollton City Council at a special meeting held Monday night.

Jim Monk missed the reguarly scheduled meeting because of a prior engagement, and the ordinance states the person applying for the grant money must attend the DRB meeting.
