No All-A win for Trimble

-A A +A
By The Staff

The Trimble County High School Lady Raiders varsity team gathered momentum near the end of the All-A Classic playoff game Wednesday, Jan. 13, against the Owen County Lady Rebels at Gallatin County High School. But it was too little, too late, as the Raiders couldn’t get the baskets they needed to best Owen’s lead from the start of the game. Above, Sara Kate Long, No. 43, maintains possession of the ball while being straddled by Owen’s Samantha Toole. At right, a sneaky Chloe Griffith (No. 30) steals the ball from Owen’s Rianna Gayheart. The final score was 39-30.
