More than a dozen Carroll County High School students turned out Saturday to paint the interior of Wattsy’s House of Iron. In exchange for their work, participants received a free one-month gym and tanning membership from owner B.J. Watts. Carroll County High School art teacher Jessie Page and artist Nick Leep then painted the gym’s logo – a giant panther – and panther paws on the walls of the gym. Watts said he knew prom was coming up and figured some students would want to tan and get in better shape for the event.
