Police allege man intended to shoot co-worker

Officers with the Kentucky State Police, Trimble County Sheriff’s Department and Madison [Indiana] Police Department may have thwarted a man’s plan to shoot co-workers at a local construction site.

Robert E. Gibson, 42, of Main Street in Madison, Ind., was arrested Thursday, Aug. 7 on two counts of terroristic threatening and lodged in the Carroll County Regional Detention Center.
