FINAL JUDGMENTS

  • Brandi Dawn Franks, 20, pleaded guilty to first-degree promoting contraband, a class D felony and was sentenced to three years imprisonment and a fine of $1,000 and court costs, the court suspends the fine, said sentence will run concurrent to the sentence received by the defendant in Gallatin Circuit Court, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time, the defendant was placed on probation under the supervision of the Division of Probation and Parole of the State of Kentucky for a period of five years effective Feb. 21,2011, she is to serve 180 days and is credited with time spent, namely 126 days.
  • Tori Krohn, 21, pleaded guilty on count one to second-degree burglary, a class C felony and was sentenced to seven and a half years imprisonment and a fine of $1,000 and court costs; on count two the defendant pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property, firearms, a class D felony and was sentenced to five years and a fine of $1,000, with said sentences to run concurrent to each other for effectively one seven and a half year imprisonment and a fine of $1,000, and court costs, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time, the defendant was placed on probation under the supervision of the Division of Probation and Parole of the State of Kentucky for a period of five years effective Feb. 21,2011, she is to serve 180 days and is credited with time spent, namely 143 days.
  • Rhonda K. Proctor, 30, pleaded guilty to unlawful distribution of a Methamphetamine precursor, first offense, a class D felony and was sentenced to three and a half years imprisonment and a fine of $1,000, and court costs, the court suspends the fine, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time, the defendant was placed on probation under the supervision of the Division of Probation and Parole of the State of Kentucky for a period of five years effective Feb. 21,2011, she is to serve 180 days and is credited with time spent, namely 145 days.
  • Larry Raisor Jr., 30, pleaded guilty to count one, unlawful distribution of a Methamphetamine precursor, first offense, a class D felony and was sentenced to one year imprisonment and a fine of $1,000, public advocacy fee of $600 and court costs, said sentence is to run consecutive to any backup sentence, the defendant is credited with time spent namely 145 days as of Feb. 21, 2011, the Sheriff of Carroll County will deliver the defendant to the custody of the Department of Corrections at such location within this Commonwealth as the Department designates, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.
