I wanted to take the time to acknowledge and say thank you to an OUTSTANDING group of men and women at the Carroll County Memorial Hospital.
Just recently I was in Carroll County Memorial for a reoccurring health problem. I can’t tell you how wonderful the nursing staff is and how lucky we are to have them.
