Readers on vacation - Oct. 3 2012

The Kinman family brought their copy of The News-Democrat along on their trip to Kissimmee, Fla., at Orange Lake Resort. Pictured left to right: Lynn Kinman, Dan Kinman, Linda Robbins, Sherry O’Neal and Millie Procter. While there, they visited all of the usual places, including a trip to Disneyland.

Ten Carrollton locals traveled to Gatlinburg for Labor Day weekend and took their News-Democrat. They took this picture in front of the Old Moonshine Distillery sign in downtown Gatlinburg. In July, Jerry and Louise Beasley, Kenny and Jenny Winkle and Myles and Danese Caley spent a week in Island Park, Idaho. They visited Yellowstone National Park, Jackson Hole, Wyo., and the Teton mountains. They took a copy of The News-Democrat to read in their spare time.
