Registration set for parks and recreation basketball

Carroll County Parks and Recreation will hold registration for its 2012 basketball season Oct. 8 through Oct. 19 from 10 a.m to 2 p.m.on the third flood for the courthouse at 440 Main St. in downtown Carrollton.

The program offers Pee Wee League for first and second grade boys and girls; Minor League for third and fourth grade boys and girls; and Junior League for fifth and sixth grade boys and girls. Depending on the number of members, the leagues will most likely be co-ed.
