The Louisville District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, began locking Ohio River traffic through the repaired 1,200-foot chamber late in the day on Monday, March 1, according to Carol Laboshosky, media spokesperson for the Corps of Engineers Louisville District.
“The lock opened last night,” Laboshosky said Tuesday morning. “Everything is going smoothly!”
