River Reed Assisted Living, located at 601 Hawkins St. in Carrollton, held a ribbon-cutting ceremony Thursday, Jan. 31. River Reed is a 12-apartment community that promotes resident independence; however, its smaller size also allows for activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing and grooming assistance, and medication reminders.
