Service Recognized

Carroll County Attorney Jim Monk, center, was honored following the Dec. 15 meeting of Carroll County Fiscal Court for his 22 years of service as county attorney. Monk chose not to run for re-election and will vacate the office at the end of the year. He will remain active in his private law practice.
