Special visit

During his final week as executive director of the Housing Authority of Carrollton, Harold Malcomb was pleasantly surprised by a farewell visit from Don Clem, director of the HUD Region 4 Public Housing Office and Georgia Turner, Region 4 public housing revitalization specialist. The visit was also an opportunity to welcome Ray Clem, Malcomb’s replacement, and visit with Sharon Morgan, long time administrative assistant of the Housing Authority of Carrollton.
