Surgery was successful to remove brain tumor

My daughter, 12-year-old Sabrina Oliver, a seventh grader at Carroll County Middle School underwent high risk brain surgery at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio on Feb. 9. The surgery started at 7:45 a.m. and ended around 3:50 p.m.

Sabrina has weakness in her right side, but her doctors say with rehab and special exercises she should be back to where she was only without the tumor. They were able to remove all of the tumor without affecting any of the other motor strip, and they found no cancer.
