Carrollton Police Chief Mike Willhoite presented Santa Claus with an Ambassador of Goodwill plaque from the city of Carrollton for his 12 years of service with Shop with a Cop and A Christmas Carroll. “This is my Christmas,” Santa said, of spending time with the children at the event. He said he appreciated the award very much.
