On behalf of the Carroll County Junior Panthers third-grade boys basketball team and coaches, we would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to the following people: Doug Oak and Jonica Ray for allowing us to use the school to host the tournament; Earl Floyd and Herb Kinman for their donations; Owen County, Gallatin County, Bracken County, South Ripley and South Western and your hometown Panthers, without you this tournament would not have been possible.
