Information is being sought on the person or people who vandalized and stole from a Pepsi machine at the Robert M. Westrick County Park in early September. The damaged machine was discovered on Sept. 5, around 7 p.m. by a part-time parks and recreation department employee, according to the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office. The Pepsi machine was vandalized and the cash and coins were stolen. It appeared that an object was used to pry the machine open, according to a news release.
