Volunteer proud of those who made 'Madness' a success

I have a lot of parents, families and friends to thank for everything they have done for Trimble County High School football and me. I worked on Midnight Madness for five weeks. I am very pleased to say it turned out to be a great success. I have so many people to thank, and I do not know where to begin.

That is why I am writing. I am not a great speaker or writer. I don’t think there is a paper big enough to express my gratitude to everyone. I have never been so proud of people in Trimble County and so disappointed in others.

I had the support of so many unbelievable and wonderful people. As stressful as it was, I am looking forward to next year and working with everyone again. I want to thank those people who, on Sunday, when they got up, were as tired as I was. But I hope they felt as good and proud of themselves as I was of them.

I want to thank all those people who donated and put their time in from my whole heart. They are the ones who made this a success, not me.

Thank you so much to the whole community.
