Webb: First responders well-trained, prepared

Carroll County Emergency Management Director Ed Webb has nothing but praise and gratitude for the volunteers and paid staff from more than 30 agencies from the county, region and state who responded to the tragic bus accident Oct. 29 on Boone Road.

On Tuesday morning, Webb reflected on the emergency response to the accident that killed two Head Start students and injured several other children and the bus monitor.
