Halloween Family Weekend featuring the Haunted Train Ride will be held at General Butler State Resort Park, 6-11 p.m., sponsored by Carroll County Fair Board, Carroll County Tobacco Festival and Kentucky Kruizers.

Saturday, Oct. 23

Oct. 22-24

Pleasant View Baptist Church, 498 Wise’s Landing Road, Bedford, is hosting revival services at 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Pastor Greg Fisher will bring the message; music by J.R. Sparkman. Following worship services Sunday will be a “soup and salad” fellowship at the church. The public is invited.

Crime College sponsored by Oldham County Triad will be from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at Tri-County Community Action Agency, 1015 Dispatchers Way, LaGrange. There will be speakers, door prizes, lunch, handouts and fun. Bring any old medications you wish to throw away.

Saturday, Oct. 30

Trick or Treat in Trimble County is 6-8 p.m. for children up through 12 years of age. Children are reminded to only stop at houses with porch lights burning and to obey all safety rules.
