Milton City Commission meets at 7 p.m. at the Milton Municipal Building, 10179 U.S. 421 N.

Angelfood ordersfor June will be taken from noon to 2 p.m. and from 5:30-6:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 16, at the Milton Wesleyan Church, 252 State Hwy. 36 East, in Milton, Ky. Distribution is 10:30-11:30 a.m. Saturday, June 26. Menus are available at Riverside Produce, the Milton Post Office, the Milton Dollar General Store, at Midway Stop-n’-Go and at the Trimble County Library in Bedford.

Trimble County Relay for Life is 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. at Bedford Elementary School, 204 Mount Pleasant Road (State Hwy. 625), Bedford. Thirty-seven teams with booths offering food, games, live entertainment, fun and fellowship, all for a good cause – raising funds for the American Cancer Society.

Louisville Music Collectors’ Convention will be from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Holiday Inn-Hurstbourne, 1325 South Hurstbourne Parkway (I-64, Exit 15). For more information phone 317-882-3378.

Bedford Rotary Club is accepting letters of recommendation for a “Citizen of the Year.” This person should be someone who has gone above and beyond his or her normal routine. To nominate a candidate for this title, send a letter of not more than 100 words describing why you think this person should be citizen of the year.
