Thursday, Feb. 4

Trimble County Hymn Sing will be held at Bedford Springs Church at 7 p.m. Everyone welcome.

Friday, Feb. 5

Tommy Day and Cool Country will play for the Winter Dance from 6-9 p.m. at the Trimble County Senior Center, 3240 U.S. 421 North, Bedford. Admission is $3 per person.

Tuesday, Feb. 9

Free tax preparation for anyone 60 and olderregardless of income level, and/or anyone whose income falls below $49,000 at any age, is available from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Tri-County Community Action Agency located at the Trimble County Park, U.S. 421 north of Bedford.

The Site Based Decision Making Council for Bedford Elementary meets at 5 p.m. at the school.

The North Central KY Goat Producers Associationmeets at 7 p.m. at the Henry County Extension Office. Jason Heath, a producer of show lambs and wethers, will discuss selecting lambs and kids for the show ring, disbudding, and ways to limit your expenses in raising animals. Friday, Feb. 12

Trimble County High School Drama Class will perform “Alice in Wonderland” at 7 p.m. tonight and tomorrow in the high school gymnasium. Admission for the two-act play is $5 for adults, $3 for students; children younger than 5 are admitted free. Concessions will be available.

Community Valentine’s Dinner for couples is 6-8 p.m. at the Trimble County Senior Building, located at the Trimble County Park, U.S. 421 north of Bedford. Child care will be provided at no charge. Prizes will be awarded. For reservations, call (502) 255-7514. The event is sponsored by Tri-County Community Action Agency Healthy Marriage Initiative.

Saturday, Feb. 13

‘Alice in Wonderland’ perform by the Trimble County High School Drama Class, returns for a second night, starting at 7 p.m. in the high school gymnasium. Admission: $5, adults; $3, students; children younger than 5, free. Concessions available.

Saturday, Feb. 20

Trimble County Arts Council is sponsoring a free acrylic painting demonstration and lecture from 1-3 p.m. Artist Merle Rosen will lead the class designed for beginners and advanced practicing artists. Participants will receive a free gift packet containing hand painted color charts and a bag of products, compliments of Golden Artists Colors.
