William Howard “Bud” Harsin, 92

CARROLLTON, Ky.— William Howard “Bud” Harsin, 92, died Tuesday, Feb. 13, 2012, at Green Valley Health and Rehabilitation in Carrollton after a short illness.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 16 at Graham Dunn Funeral Home, 213 Fifth Street in Carrollton. Visitation will be Wednesday, Feb. 15 from 4-7 p.m. and on Thursday at 11 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home.
