Champions for a Drug Free Carroll County Coordinator Matt Lipe attended the Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America Leadership Forum, Feb. 6-9, in Washington, D.C. The National Coalition Academy graduation was held during the conference. Lipe, center, attended three weeks of training in Meridian, Miss. to earn the coalition the right to graduate.
