There were 87 volunteers that came out Saturday, Nov. 20, to collect 3,717 canned goods that were left at residential front doors during the Scouting For Food Drive. The scouts organized the door-to-door collection project.
Richard and Lucy Westrick were married 30 years ago on April 30, 1985, while on their trip to Hawaii. They renewed their vows again on Oct. 30, 2015. It was the same day of the month, but they could not be there in April, so they went in October.
One of the most amazing things when they had their vows renewed was they found their same favorite judge that married them 30 years before, Judge Michael Town, Lucy said. It was wonderful, she said.

Hello once again, my friends. As I type this, it’s still in the 60s outside. Who would have thought that in November that would still be the case? As with most things it seems the out of the ordinary is becoming the ordinary. That being said, I’m sure lots of people would certainly take these temperatures all winter long.
