Resources can be limited in small communities like Carroll County. Over the years, I have begun to understand that partnerships really help strengthen the foundation of many organizations. One of the great things about our community is how we can come together when needed. This can be in the face of adversity or rallying around a good cause. Partnerships have been the cornerstone of the Carroll County Public Library for many years.
