Hello, once again, my friends. It seems amazing sometimes how fast time flies. It seems like just yesterday I was writing about foods that can be ground up, owing to the fact that my son wasn’t able to chew after having jaw surgery. I must say, it’s a weight off the old mind being able to cook away once again without regard to how the food will grind up. And, along with that, he’s finally back to eating some good ole spicy foods, which brings me to the point of this month’s article.
