Hello once again, my friends. Here we are, looking out our windows, longing for the cool weather that we know is on its way. Well, some of us are longing for that and all the fantastic comfort foods it brings with it. As I sit here dreaming of chili and soups and roasts, it’s 80 degrees outside so that is why I’m longing. The thing is, even though mother nature doesn’t seem to be cooperating, we can still be planning for the coming weather and, with it, the coming of fall foods.
