    The Carroll County Public Library is located at 136 Court Street in Carrollton. Every day after school, the community room is open to tweens and teens to relax, visit with friends and enjoy activities, snacks, games, movies, Netflix, etc. Virtual Reality games are popular and they will have new ones to try out, Monday through Friday from 3:30 – 5 p.m.

  • Friends of Butler Pumpkin Trail, Paranormal tour

    Carved pumpkins decorate the area around the Butler-Turpin House. Paranormal tours are available at 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 p.m. on Oct. 27-28. Reservations can be made by calling (502) 525-0607.

    Carroll County High School and iLead Academy students carved the pumpkins, sponsored by the Carroll County Arts Board.

  • Celebrating 25 years of Trust For Life

    Carroll County Circuit Court Clerk Laman Stark joined fellow circuit clerks in celebrating the 25th anniversary of their Trust For Life program as part of the 2017 Circuit Court Clerks Fall College that took place Sept. 17-20, in Covington. The Kentucky Association of Circuit Court Clerks created the Kentucky Circuit Court Clerks’ Trust For Life to educate Kentuckians about the life-saving mission of organ donation. The program was the first of its kind in the United States.
