Carroll County Water District will be flushing their distribution mains. Starting on Friday, April 24, the Carroll County zone will be flushed. Gallatin County’s zone will be flushed Monday April 27, and Owen County’s on Tuesday April 28. At this time, customers may experience some discolor in the water due to the high scouring water flow throughout the pipes.
