As I write this column, it is Veteran’s Day. Since this is a food column, it causes me to stop and reflect on all the service men who have sacrificed for our country, and the many holidays they have spent away from their families. As we gather with our families this Thanksgiving, let us not forget those who are not able to be with us and to share the wonderful meals we are so blessed to eat.
