I certainly do enjoy being a grandparent. We have had the greatest time in the past month spending time with all five of our grandchildren.
Since four of them live in Georgia, we don’t get to see them as often as we like. This year they were able to visit us at our Florida condo while on spring break, along with their parents. The other grandchild was also on break in Florida, but at Disney World, so we went for the day and had a great time.
Easter was such a wonderful day, in spite of the damp, rainy weather. Having just returned three days prior from our long vacation in Florida, it was nice to prepare a wonderful family meal.
We had a great time with our daughter, her fiancé and our grandson just talking, eating and playing games.
