  • Why wait?

Have you ever wondered why in past times you did not move on something?  Many times in our life, we live with so many regrets of our past. Thoughts of ‘Why not,’ ‘I could of,’ or ‘I should of!’

Living in a land of remorse of our past often will paralyze us from moving forward into our future. God is always trying to get us to look forward, to focus on what’s ahead and not on WHAT’S behind.

  • Just keep believing

Is there anyone, who in the midst of a struggle, gotten tired of the fight against Satan? Have you begun to lose faith or give up your dreams?   Have you lost your hope of a better life?  It seems as though we fall into despair and when the enemy can get us to despair, he then pounces on us to destroy our faith. When our faith is gone, we are left without hope and where there is no hope, there is despair!

  • We are an Easter People all the Time

Easter is the greatest feast of our faith.  We are an Easter people, a people marked by joyfulness.  Jesus is raised.  He has conquered sin and death.  His victory is our victory.  His death means our redemption.  His resurrection means our salvation.  How could a person not be filled with joy over such wonderful news?

  • The danger of not doing

As Christians, we are blessed to have our Bibles. Through his Word, God encourages us, corrects us, guides us and teaches us about himself. For this reason, it is very important that you and I encounter the truths of Scripture regularly. The two most common ways we do this are through reading the Bible ourselves and through listening to faithful preaching and teaching. Both are important to our growth as believers, but James tells us that there is a danger that we must be aware of and avoid when we encounter God’s Word.

  • Chasing after other gods

    Malachi 3:5-7

The Jews had rebuilt the temple and were awaiting the Messiah’s coming. But while they waited, they fell under the attack of pride, disrespect and compromise. The people and their priests offered God blemished sacrifices, divorced their first wives, married heathen women and failed to support the temple ministry with their tithes. Malachi charged them to recognize their sins, reminding them that the wicked would be judged, and the righteous would be blessed.

  • There is always room at the table

    1 Corinthians 10:17 ESV

Because there is one bread, we who are many are one body, for we all partake of the one bread.
