Many food companies try to persuade people to purchase their brand by marketing with the phrase “Accept no substitutes!” In other words, their product is the best and all others are inferior. In many instances, we will only purchase the “real thing” because we believe the substitutes don’t taste as well.

  • Resolutions do not just happen

With a new year comes the desire for a fresh start.  I am sure that many of us have a list of resolutions or goals that we have made for 2016.  One of mine is to exercise (notice that I did not say “exercise more.”  I need to start exercising).  Goals are good to make, because they help us improve ourselves and different areas of our lives.
