  • Carrollton Utilities will flush fire hydrants on the City of Carrollton water system, Thursday, April 19, 2012.

Flushing of the hydrants is done each year at this time to remove all sediment in the mains and to make sure all hydrants are working properly. Carrollton Utilities suggest that laundry should not be washed while crews are flushing the hydrants as some staining of clothes could occur.
