    Applications must be picked up and returned to the Carroll County Conservation District Office between Dec. 1 and Dec. 19.  Applications cannot be accepted before or after those dates.  All applications must be in to the Conservation District Office by 4:30 p.m., Dec. 19.

  • Have you ever been accused of something you did not do? Have you ever been blamed for something that you had no part of? Probably so.

    In writing this article, I want to point out that God sometimes gets a “Bad Rap.” He is accused of destruction, dismay and even annihilation. God gets bad press! Earthquakes, hurricanes, famines, E-bola outbreaks – somewhere along the line God usually gets the blame.

  • Church plans a free movie night Saturday

    The First Apostolic Church will host a free movie night at 6 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 22. The movie, “God’s Not Dead” will be shown. Everyone in the community is invited to attend.

    Sanders to host monthly hymn sing

    Sanders Baptist Church will host its monthly hymn sing 6:30 p.m., Sunday Nov. 23. The congregation invites the public to attend.
