This is the last week of January, which means your New Year’s resolutions are probably standing on shaky ground … that is, if they’re standing at all. It has been almost four weeks since you vowed to exercise more, eat healthier foods or watch less television. You probably started very strong. Perhaps you joined a gym, stocked up on organic vegetables or bought some books to read.
