City of Ghent breaks ground on new building

The City of Ghent broke ground April 17, on the new city hall building. The site at Ann and Liberty streets will be the location of the 1,600-square foot, building. It will be the new home for the mayor’s and city clerk’s offices, as well as the location of future city commission meetings.
