Anna Katherine Louden Blatz, 87, formerly of Bedford, died Sunday, April 8, 2012, in Niles, Michigan.

Cremation was chosen. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Announcement will be in this paper.

Survivors include a son, Richard Bauman of Campbellsburg; two granddaughters; and one great-granddaughter.

NEW ALBANY, Ind.—Oscar B. Aldridge, 90, of New Albany, died, Wednesday, April 4, 2012, at Floyd Memorial Hospital.

A private graveside service was held. Ransdell Funeral Home in Bedford, Ky. was in charge of arrangements.

Survivors include his daughters, Debbie (Mike) Gardner of Sanders, Ky. and Connie Aldridge of Carrollton, Ky.; step-sons, Gary Houchen of New Albany, Mel Houchen of Pekin, Ind.; step-daughter, Benita Houchen of Jeffersonville, Ind.; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

BEDFORD, Ky.–Edith Taylor, 90, of Bedford, died Thursday, March 29, 2012, at the Signature Health Care Center in Bedford.

A graveside service was held on Saturday, March 31, at the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Carrollton, with the Rev. Ferrill Davis officiating.

Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.

Mrs. Taylor is survived by a son, Floyd Thomas Taylor of Campbellsburg, Ky.; three granddaughters; and five great-grandchildren.

CARROLLTON, Ky.—Charles R. Hunt, 61, of Carrollton died on his birthday, Tuesday, March 27, 2012, at his home, surrounded by his family.

A memorial service was held Friday, March 30 at the Wesleyan Church in Carrollton, with the Rev. John Haynes officiating. Graham-Dunn Funeral Home, 213 Fifth St. in Carrollton assisted the family with arrangements.
