    This menu is for Kathryn Winn Primary and Cartmell Elementary Schools,  changes for Carroll County High School and Middle School will be italicized

    Thursday, Oct. 30: Breakfast: chicken biscuit; lunch: hot dog with bun, chili sauce, cheese, potato rounds, grapes or pears. Carroll County High School and middle school will offer: sausage biscuit for breakfast and for lunch: Philly cheese or Buffalo chicken with bun, lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion, green peppers, baked beans, French fries.

  • All Pro Dad breakfast club expanded to Winn, CCMS

    After two successful years at Cartmell Elementary, the All Pro Dad’s Day Breakfast has expanded to include Kathryn Winn Primary and Carroll County Middle School.

    The breakfasts are held once each month at the schools. Fathers and father figures attend with their children for a time of intentional, meaningful discussion about life issues.

    “Bio medical science. This four-year class has been such a great opportunity. We get to experience so many things hands on.”

  • CCMS Conferences \ Oct. 23, 2014

    Carroll County Middle School report card pick-up night and parent-teacher conferences will be held from 4-7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 28. College and Career Readiness Counselor Rachel Mefford will be presenting information about college and career readiness at 6 p.m. in the auditorium. Refreshments will be included.

    Thursday, Oct. 23: Breakfast: sausage biscuit; lunch: hamburger or cheeseburger with bun, lettuce, pickle, tomato, French fries, peas and carrots, strawberry cups or pears. Carroll County High School and middle school will  offer: chicken biscuit for breakfast.

  • Skills USA elects junior officers

    Skills USA held a recruitment event Oct. 17, at Point Park. The following juniors (from left) were elected officers: Kenny Cozine (maintenance), Chloe Nunn (carpentry), Lee Lee Rabago (automotive) and Michael Stewart (welding). Senior president Sabrina Brock, right, organized the event.

  • Skills USA elects junior officers
  • Johnson accepts NSCS membership

    Tony L. Johnson of Carrollton has accepted membership in the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. NSCS is a member of the Association of College Honor Societies and is the nation’s only interdisciplinary honors organization for first-year and second-year college students. Membership is by invitation only based on grade point average and class standing.

     Friday, Oct. 17: Breakfast: cinnamon rolls; lunch: chicken patty with bun, lettuce, tomato and pickle, peas, baked beans, orange or peaches; Carroll County High School and middle school will offer: chicken filet with bun.
