Nearly 5,000 students from across Kentucky competed in the Student Technology Leadership Program State Championship March 28 in Lexington. The students represented 400 schools and more than 100 school districts.
Students showed what they know and can do with technology in the arts, STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) and many marketable career skills by participating in more than 50 technology categories including student-designed projects, products, services and live demonstrations.
