The Carroll County Training Consortium will be offering a full tuition scholarship for an adult student to study in the Engineering and Electronics Technology field. This scholarship is intended to give an adult student the opportunity to attend Jefferson Community and Technical College in Carrollton to gain the skills and education needed to obtain a position working in the high demand and high wage industrial maintenance field in our area.
