Changes to the C-2 Zoning Code Ordinance, which have been the topic at several Carrollton City Council meetings and a Planning and Zoning public hearing, came one step closer to reality at a special meeting Oct. 31.
An ordinance amendment proposed changes to the C-2 neighborhood commercial district.
The changes proposed include the following:
1 (a) Retail sales. Processing is permitted only if all products processed are sold at retail on the premises, with all processing and sales contained within existing commercial buildings.
