A new city fire truck, police K-9 unit and a salt spreader are top purchases slated for the city of Carrollton’s 2016-2017 fiscal year budget. First readings for the new budget and to amend this fiscal year’s budget were held at the city council meeting Monday, April 25. The second readings will be held May 9.
In his budget address, Mayor Robb Adams said he believed 2016-2017 would be an exciting budget year. “I’m proud of what we do, and it’s all of us, together.”
