Carrollton will be featured on television this weekend, Oct. 18-19, and this time it’s good news.
KET’s Kentucky Life travels to Carrollton for an “Our Town” segment to spotlight the city’s unique charm.
Founded in 1792 and originally known as Port William, Carrollton was renamed and became the county seat of Carroll County in 1838. Today, in addition to its river-town charm, Carrollton is known as a gateway to beautiful nearby General Butler State Resort Park.
