The Community Advisory Panel for Dow Corning and Arkema last week approved its list of projects and organizations to be supported in 2012.
CAP oversees distribution of $20,000 in funds aimed at addressing community concerns each year. Arkema and Dow Corning each contributes $10,000 to the fund.
From its share, Arkema will provide $2,500 for two Industry Career Scholarships to Carroll County High School students. The two $1,250 scholarships will be renewable for four years.
