Esther Elkins Rush Esther Elkins Rush, 99, of Bedford, died Sunday April 20, 2008. Her husband of 38 years, J. Milton Rush, died Oct. 10, 1983. A memorial service for the couple will be held at Ransdell Funeral Home, Bedford, at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 10, 2008. Friends may call at the funeral home from 1 p.m. until time of service. Memorial gifts may be made to Hospice of the Bluegrass or to the Trimble County Public Library.
