Yep, that’s right. Although so many of you try to do just that–make a poor decision then figure you can just cardio it away like it never happened. Nice try, and I applaud your effort, but it is not that simple.
Simply do what you’re supposed to do and this will never be an issue.
Remember, if you are eating for a certain “look,” the cardio isn’t going to control that damage. If you’re just trying to be balanced and healthy, you’re losing your balance.
