Back in the Saddle Again

Mary Aicher, 92, says she traveled back and forth to school on a horse while growing up on a cattle ranch in Colorado. Though it has been a few years since she was in the saddle, the Bedford Health Care resident was treated to a ride last Friday when the facility hosted a Derby celebration. Pictured with Aicher are BHC employee Nancy McGowan, left, another BHC employee and McGowan's husband Terry. The horse, named Patch, belongs to the couple's daughter, Erin Sharp.
