Carroll County has been living on the edge of the recent snow activity, as the county has managed to miss the higher amounts of snowfall.
Carroll County Road Supervisor Gene Clayton said his crews were out at 3:30 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 10, to begin cleaning the roads.
“The roads were pretty well covered early this morning,” Clayton said. “By mid-morning we had them cleared and by noon we should be over everything. Some roads are on their third pass.”
